Hello and welcome, we’re Stepping Stone! 

We’re more than just a cafe with delicious vegetarian food and fantastic coffee. We exist to be a ‘stepping stone’ for migrant and refugee women, offering employment and tailored training for those struggling the most to find work due to language barriers, lack of qualifications, or the necessity for flexible hours.

Our menu is flavourful, fresh, and constantly evolving, featuring a variety of dishes inspired by the amazing women we work with, and using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. We’re all about creating great food that’s good for you and the planet.
