TRAINING
JCE Positive Outcomes – Registered RTO
JCE Positive Outcomes, located in Spence, Belconnen, will helping our staff get accredited in their Certicates III and IV in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality depending on their aspirations and interests.

The bakery´s vision is to produce incredible sourdough and laminated pastries using house-milled flour, local ingredients and traditional long fermentation techniques.

Locally roasted specialty coffee that gives $1 per kilo to get children out of sexual slavery.

We come from a long, proud line of dairy farmers; for over 100 years, our family has worked hard to sustainably produce the best milk you can buy. We do this because we’re driven to keep farming. For us it’s more than a business, it’s what we live and breathe!
Holder Organic Community Garden
Each week, members of the garden put aside surplus vegetables, fruits and herbs that would otherwise go to waste and we come, collect it and create a special menu item with whatever is in season at the time.

We get pastured free range eggs from this Canberra family owned business that is working hard to promote sustainablity in the industry through their innovative practises.
